In order to better serve our customers, Lubing has introduced a new service where customers can submit technical questions via the Technical Support email option - support@lubingusa.com. This process generates a Service Ticket that is submitted to the engineering department and processed into a ticketing system which informs the engineering department of a potential problem or concern. As the issue is worked on, updates are automatically sent to the customer informing them on the status of their inquiry.
